If you happen to be in Paris, I’d be very happy to meet with you, to show you the piece(s) you’re interested in and measure your size for bespoke pieces. Feel free to contact me and we’ll set up a meeting at a place and time that fits both of us.

I don’t sell in any physical store or gallery yet, but I am working on it and will keep everyone updated on my social media profiles.

If you want additional pictures or information about any piece, don’t hesitate to contact me.

I make every order within two to three weeks.

I’ll send you a message as soon as your piece is finished and ready to ship.

After the piece is made, I offer free shipping of your package worldwide with tracking and signature upon receipt. Depending on where you live, it will take between 2 days (France) and 12 days (non-European countries).

You can also opt for express shipping at an additional cost at checkout and reduce shipping time to around 2-3 days worldwide.

You will receive the tracking information by email. If it’s not the case, please contact me.

You can pay :

  • through Paypal with or without a Paypal account
  • by credit/debit card

Both solutions are 100% secure.

If you have any problems with payments during checkout, don’t hesitate to contact me.

For necklaces and bracelets, you can just use a measuring tape and select the right size when adding the product to your cart (add 2 cm from your wrist size for bracelets)

For rings, I accept orders with US, French/European, and UK sizes. You can choose any of these in the dropdown menu on the product page. If you don’t know your ring size :

  • The best solution : go to any serious jeweller around you and kindly ask him/her to take your ring size, they should do it for free. A ring should never squeeze your finger, not even a little bit, but there shouldn’t be any space between your finger and the ring. You shouldn’t really feel a ring that perfectly matches your size. This is even more important with larger rings, if they are just a little too tight you won’t be able to wear them.

  • If you have a ring of similar dimensions and you want to wear one of my creations at the same finger, you can measure the inside diameter of your ring and send it to me (with a picture if possible). Be careful, some of my rings are quite large and shouldn’t be compared with very thin rings. I’ll see if I can make a piece this size and tell you the corresponding official size to let you place your order.

I can’t modify the ring size of thick rings and rings with stones. In most cases, I’ll have to make a new piece at the new size for you. If this is what you want, you can return your order and I’ll send you a new piece at the right size for free.

If your size is not available in the dropdown list on the product page, please contact me. In most cases I’ll be able to make a special size for you, if it fits the design of the original piece.

I ship all packages with tracking and signature upon receipt. If your package is stolen or lost before getting to you, please contact me and I’ll help you. If I have a proof of theft or loss during shipping, I’ll send you another package for free.

To avoid damaging your precious jewelry, please read my care instructions.

Accidents happen. If by some misfortune any damage happens, I won’t let you down. I strongly advise you to contact me personnaly before going to any other jeweller, since I have spent years inventing and perfecting personnal assembly and setting techniques that other jewellers will have a hard time figuring out. Be aware that some damage is irreversible, but if repairing is possible, depending on where you live and on the kind of damage, we’ll find the best solution for you together, whether it is sending it back to me or going to a jeweller closer to you.

As soon as your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with all the details at the email adress you’ve given during checkout.

If you still haven’t received anything after two hours, please check your spam folder and if it’s not there then contact me, you probably made a mistake while typing your email adress.

Yes. Please contact me as soon as possible and I’ll change it myself.

I check my emails very often and answer fast. If you don’t get an answer within 48h during weekdays please contact me again, maybe you made an error while typing your email adress.
